2. What Personal Information Do We Collect and How is it Collected?
a) Information You Provide to Us
We collect information that you provide directly to us when you access or use our Services or when you interact with us. We collect information that you provide to us in the following ways:
- Account and profile information: When you or your company sign up for or creates an account to access or use the Services, we collect information to set up your account including your name, contact information, email address, phone number, your role, and other related professional information. We may also assign you a unique identifier as a user of the Services.
- Forms, questionnaires, requests: If you contact us, such as by using the OnSpecta contact web form or email address provided on the Site, we may collect your name, information about your organization, and any other information you choose to include in your message. We may also collect information you provide if you complete forms or surveys that we make available on the Site such as your name, business email address, company name, and business phone number. Additionally, when you register for and/or attend a webinar, training or other event that is hosted or sponsored by OnSpecta, we may collect your name, your business email address, business phone number, job title, company name, industry, and the event you registered for.
- Technical support requests and feedback: If you submit a technical support request or feedback, we collect information to process and respond to your submission, such as your name, contact information, the reason for contacting us, and any other information you provide as part of your request or feedback.
- Payment Information: When you sign up for an account to use our Services, we collect information to facilitate payment. We may collect this information from you or your company representative. This includes billing representative information, including name and business contact information, and payment method and details, such as banking account details.
- Marketing and communications information: If you sign up to receive newsletters and marketing communication from us, we will collect your name and contact information such as your email address and/or phone number.
You may choose not to provide information directly to us or to not use the OnSpecta Services. However, some Personal Information is necessary so that we can provide you with the Services you have requested. Failure to provide this information may prevent us from providing you with access to our Services.

When you access or use our Services, we or our third-party service providers automatically collect information about the device you use to access the Services and your activity when you use the Services. Depending on your activity, the information may include:
